By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and not under guardianship.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping on orders over 1000 kr within Sweden. (Max weight 35 kg)

In the event that you choose to pick up the order from the Pickup point Svinningegränd 14, Spånga Stockholm, no shipping will of course be charged but you need to communicate with us at 0708208471 (Phone or SMS) before pickup to confirm that the delivery is ready for you to pickup.

We only ship to Sweden primarily. A Swedish mobile number and address must be provided to deliver the order. If you live in another country and wish to place an order via groundkik.com, please contact at the email address info@groundkik.com for further assistance (Solutions do appear by discussing, so we encourage you to contact us to discuss anything about sports equipment you want to discuss).

Delivery Time

Available products deliver within 1-4 working days. If the product in question is not in stock, we will notify you of the delivery time. For custom based products, clothing and club logos print, the delivery time will be provided before any agreement. We always do provide the accurate and transparent information with all available details to keep the transparency and trust.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

We take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. If you discover that the goods you receive are damaged in transit, you must file a complaint about the damage within a reasonable time, but no later than one month. Write to us info@groundkik.com

When you return an item to us, it is you as the customer who is responsible for the goods to be delivered at right address. You must write an email to us at info@groundkik.com before returning of a damaged item.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND:

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal towards Ground KIK and we will refund the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (apart from increased delivery costs because of you choosing a delivery option other than the lowest price standard option we offer for the delivery in question).

If you change your mind and wish to return an item according to distance contracts Act, you are expected to pay the return cost. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery. Please Keep your return receipt with you till we notify that we have received the return and you have received the money back. Please note that you need to secure the damage free delivery.

Returns/exchanges of club products

You can exchange a club product but unfortunately cannot return once purchased.
You can change the size of club product and there is free return shipping.
Personalized items with personal prints cannot be exchanged or returned like items with Personalized Name, Number or similar.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which Ground KIK received notification of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as the payment method you used when you made the order. If necessary, we may need to ask you for your account details.

COMPLAINTS

You always have a right of complain about a product. When you found a defect in the product, always contact us within a reasonable time by writing to us info@groundkik.com. Reasonable time could be one month. When you contact us, we want you to state your order number, which product it concerns to and what is the defect in the product. If you have the opportunity to take a picture of the product, please attach this.

Send the item in the condition it was received along with the return slip and you will receive a flawless, correct item or you can cancel the purchase completely. A refund of your purchase and shipping costs for the return will primarily be made to your bank account and within 10 days after we have received and approved your return.

The right of complaint applies to production defects of goods and not defects caused by normal wear and tear or obsolescence of the product. A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.

We pay the shipping cost for returns due to complaints.

You provide your personal information for process your order. We/ Klarna and other payment services will only use this information for process your order and you agree that we store and use your data in our business to process your purchases.

OTHER

In the event of a dispute, Ground KIK will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes and Swedish law.
